The Sihlterrace is our green oasis with a cosy atmosphere. Here you can enjoy a light summer lunch, a sparkling aperitif or a romantic dinner right by the river Sihl.

Our chef Mathias Schendel describes his culinary approach: «Honesty and authenticity are very important to me and this is also reflected in my dishes. Wherever possible, I use seasonal products and regional suppliers, but I also want to leave myself the opportunity to always try out new things.»
