Our stylish restaurant on the first floor is awarded with 14 Gault Millau points and offers high-quality, innovative and yet down-to-earth Helvetia cuisine with an extra twist. The upscale cuisine is cleverly combined with down-to-earth recipes of Helvetic style and interpreted in a contemporary way.

 

Our chef Mathias Schendel describes his culinary approach: «Honesty and authenticity are very important to me and this is also reflected in my dishes. Wherever possible, I use seasonal products and regional suppliers, but I also want to leave myself the opportunity to always try out new things.»
