“Helvti-Chäschtli”

We look forward to welcoming you again in the artfully designed fondue Châlet called “Helvti-Chäschtli” (27.10.2026 – 30.1.2027).

Look forward to probably the most famous Swiss dish with a great deal of attention to detail. Our in-house blend is the result of a very special gastronomic “ménage à trois”: Together with our wine partner Martel and the well-known Maître Fromager Rolf Beeler, we create a new fondue blend every year: the vintage blend.

In addition, refined Swiss appetizers and the specially designed side dishes for diving in the cheese (“Tünklimenü”) are surprising.
