The Hotel Restaurant Helvetia supports the decisions of the Federal Council. It is therefore very important for us to do everything possible to prevent the spread of the virus, to protect your health and the health of our staff while making your stay as pleasant as possible.
For your personal safety and the safety of our members of staff, we adhere to the protection concept of Gastro Suisse:
- All members of staff receive ongoing training on the protection concept
- Hand desinfectants are available in all public areas
- Our employees carefully follow the recommendations and mandatory measures of the Federal Office of Health
- Our employees must wash and disinfect their hands on a regular basis
- Inside the restaurant and bar there is a Covid Certificate requirement
- Upon request protective masks are available to our guests
- Handles, buttons in the lift, railings, counters etc. are regularly disinfected
- Contactless Check In, Check Out possible
- Contactless payment
- Adapted seating in the restaurant, room dividers in beetwen the tables
- Private dining possible upon request
